Milk vs dark chocolate

NEXT (New Zealand) - - Health -

A UK study of almost 21,000 adults found those who ate the most chocolate (up to 100g daily) were 11% less likely than those who ate no chocolate to have a heart attack or stroke, and 25% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease.

But the health benefits may not be just confined to the dark variety – the chocoholics in the study ate more milk chocolate than dark.
