We moved from Australia to New Zealand to be with my Grandma when I was 12-years-old. We have lived in Greenhithe, Coatesville and now in Dairy Flat. I have recently returned after four years abroad - travelling Europe and studying in Sydney at the Australian Institute of Music.

I’ve been playing both piano and singing since I was five and have always found peace, self discovery and empowerment from music. I knew I would always end up somewhere in the music industry, and my second passion lies with education. Seven years ago I started to teach Simply Music Piano, the method I originally started on at five-years-old. After travelling abroad for a year and then continuing to study my Bachelors of Contemporary Performance majoring in vocals in Sydney, I decided I wanted to return to Auckland to be with family and open a school that would inspire and empower young musicians and adults.

Music to me is totally magical. Seeing my students blossom each and every week, overcoming fears, challenges and their ongoing desire to learn and create makes me feel so blessed to be able to do what I love each and every day.

My Dad. His ongoing support and strength keeps me sane, and his ability to see good in everything and everyone is always such a breathe of fresh air.

I really enjoy eating at Tok Tok in Takapuna. The food is always amazing, with great flavours and the right amount of spice. Always packed so you need to reserve a table. spend time with my husband, family and friends.

Rangitoto Island, Long Bay, Orewa and Muriwai beaches. Waiheke and Kawau Island.
