New face in the Warwick Kirwan Plumbing team
Warwick Kirwan is a reliable domestic plumber who gives quick efficient service and competent codecompliant workmanship at excellent rates.
Warwick Kirwan Plumbing Ltd started in business in February 2000, and the workshop is based in Rangiora, while Warwick, Sue and their three children have lived in Loburn for 11 years.
Excellent support is now provided by the latest apprentice – Rhys Norris. He started with the company as a labourer in February 2016. He then signed up with the Apprentice Training Trust and was employed through them.
Warwick has trained quite a few apprentices over the years since the business was started, and their starting ages have varied from 17 years and upwards.
"We need to continually train apprentices to keep the trade going," he says.
"It is also important as it adds value to your business. It takes three to four years to complete an apprenticeship."
In many ways Rhys is fortunate to have this start, as the team at Warwick Kirwan Plumbing Ltd has a solid reputation.

Work is mainly in the North Canterbury area, but travel to Christchurch to work for a couple of builders often occurs.

Once spring arrives, we will need to know that our irrigation systems are working well, so we may enjoy those summer veges.
