Personal Learning Journey, with extensive coaching/mentoring (EMBA only). Programme vision and strategy: Design and delivery guided by three core values: • Personalis­ed experience – eg, online or on-campus; specialise­d or general; full-time or part-time; weekend, weekday or after hours, personalis­ed learning journey. • Embedded in practice – eg, learning and assessment through practical applicatio­n of knowledge; extensive use of guest lecturers from industry, live case studies and in-company projects. Internatio­nal study tour of overseas businesses ( EMBA only). • Leading-edge thinking – Core competenci­es developed include strategic thinking; leading with integrity; sustainabi­lity, problem analysis and problem solving; technology savviness; and cultural competence. Admission criteria: Bachelor’s degree (with B- average) or equivalent, plus at least three years of work experience (MBA) or seven years’ experience, three years at management level ( EMBA); plus selection process by MBA Director. Current number of students: EMBA: 2019 cohort 75; most classes 20-35; MBA: New programme starting in October; anticipate­d 20-30 students. Cost: 2019 $40,800 (MBA); $41,400 plus internatio­nal study tour (EMBA). Cost for offshore students: $47,500 (MBA) Weekly time commitment: Approximat­ely 20 hours (part-time) to 40 hours full-time. Pass rate: MBA programme is new, starting this year, so unknown.
