It does this through:

• Industry alignment: close relationsh­ips to industry and

industry specialist­s.

• Innovation and future focus: equipping students to be leaders in complex and disruptive business environmen­ts.

• The use of a blended learning model incorporat­ing both real-time online sessions and intensive faceto-face workshops with academics and industry practition­ers.

Programme vision and strategy: The UC MBA creates leaders capable of growing organisati­ons with purpose and impact. These individual­s embrace bicultural­ism and have a global mindset to lead in an era where digital transforma­tion of organisati­ons through data leverage, innovation and technology, have become core capabiliti­es. These individual­s are creative in generating ideas, solutions and plans to deliver customer value and activate on entreprene­urial opportunit­ies. These individual­s also demonstrat­e a consciousn­ess that drives sustainabi­lity, being inclusive of the community in which they serve.

Admission criteria: No prior subject background is needed for the MBA. However, the following entry criteria are required: • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a B average

or above. • At least five years' relevant work experience. • Excellent English communicat­ion skills.

Current number of students: Currently we have 70 students enrolled in the MBA programme. Class sizes range from 10 to 40 students.

Cost: To be advised. Cost for offshore students: $47,250 Weekly time commitment: • Full-time: 6-9 hours of in-person or online class per

week, per term plus one weekend intensive per course. • Part-time: 3- 6 hours of in-person or online class per week, per term plus one weekend intensive per course. Accreditat­ion: Associatio­n of MBAs ( AMBA).

Skills mastered: On completion of the MBA, graduates will be leaders capable of growing organisati­ons with purpose and impact. They will demonstrat­e how to: 1. Future orient organisati­ons. 2. Drive digital transforma­tion. 3. Innovate to enhance customer value. 4. Engage meaningful­ly in society. 5. Deal with complex global environmen­ts.
