Both marsh­mal­low root and red clover flow­ers are sooth­ing to burns, bites, rashes and in­flam­ma­tion. Mix 1 cup fresh red clover blos­soms with 1 cup co­coa but­ter. Cover and leave in cool spot for 2 weeks. Soak 30g chopped marsh­mal­low root in 250ml cold wa­ter for 24 hours. Strain. Place co­coa but­ter in dou­ble boiler; heat just enough to re­move blos­soms. Pour co­coa but­ter in large saucepan and, us­ing a whisk, add 1 ta­ble­spoon marsh­mal­low wa­ter a time, un­til con­sis­tency is right. Add 1 ta­ble­spoon sweet al­mond oil. Pour into pot.
