Put 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh lemon balm or holy basil leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers) and 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger in a teapot. Add 2 cups boiling water, cover and steep for 8-10 minutes. Strain and chill. Place 2 cups berries in blender, add tea and ¼ cup probiotic yoghurt. Blend well.
