Put 3 ta­ble­spoons of chopped fresh lemon balm or holy basil leaves (or 1 ta­ble­spoon dried chamomile flow­ers) and 1 ta­ble­spoon finely chopped fresh gin­ger in a teapot. Add 2 cups boil­ing wa­ter, cover and steep for 8-10 min­utes. Strain and chill. Place 2 cups ber­ries in blender, add tea and ¼ cup pro­bi­otic yo­ghurt. Blend well.
