This make-ahead break­fast is packed with health­ful good­ness.

For two serv­ings, place a cup of rolled oats in a medium bowl. Add 11/ cups

2 Al­mond & Co­conut Milk (we used San­i­tar­ium So Good), sev­eral ta­ble­spoons each of des­ic­cated co­conut and ground al­monds, 2 tea­spoons white chia seeds, a good pinch of ground cin­na­mon and about a cup of fresh or frozen blue­ber­ries. Gen­tly stir, cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, di­vide be­tween serv­ing dishes and top with ex­tra berries and lightly toasted co­conut chips or sliced al­monds. Serve with liq­uid honey and nat­u­ral yo­ghurt.
