This total cheat’s dessert looks amazing, so people will think you’re very clever. Place a jam-filled biscuit (we used Shrewsbury) in the bottom of 12 cupcake cases (this step is optional if piping the filling). Prepare chilled cheesecake filling to packet directions (we used Meadow Fresh brand, which was enough for 12 serves) and spoon or pipe it on top of the biscuits.
