Make use of the bar­be­cue for this In­done­sian favourite. Grill a se­lec­tion of veg­eta­bles such as eg­g­plant, cap­sicums, red onion, baby car­rots, beans, as­para­gus and pre- cooked potato slices. Ar­range in bowls and driz­zle with peanut sa­tay sauce (store bought or home-made). Top with cu­cum­ber rib­bons, bean sprouts, roughly chopped roasted peanuts and hard-boiled egg. Serve ex­tra sa­tay sauce on the side.
