GRILLED VEGETABLE GADO GADO
Make use of the barbecue for this Indonesian favourite. Grill a selection of vegetables such as eggplant, capsicums, red onion, baby carrots, beans, asparagus and pre- cooked potato slices. Arrange in bowls and drizzle with peanut satay sauce (store bought or home-made). Top with cucumber ribbons, bean sprouts, roughly chopped roasted peanuts and hard-boiled egg. Serve extra satay sauce on the side.
