R IPPLES ON THE WALL

Beyond is a new wallpaper collection from US design company Phillip Jeffries; it invites you to “gaze off into the horizon – where elements of city and sky collide”. The pattern is created through layers of horizontal brush strokes through a variety of colours on a range of materials, including paper weave, grass and hemp. When we look at this, we see the imprint of waves washing up on the sand: it’s all in the eye of the beholder, right? Distributed in New Zealand by The Textile Company, textilecompany.co.nz.
