Quick Matcha Ice Cream
matcha powder, desiccated coconut, vanilla ice cream, coconut chips
Whisk 1 rounded tablespoon of matcha powder with 2 tablespoons hot water and allow to cool. Toast ½ cup desiccated coconut and cool. Allow 2 litres of goodquality vanilla ice cream to just soften then quickly fold through the liquid matcha and toasted coconut. Cover and re–freeze. Serve sprinkled with toasted coconut chips.
