Date & Blue Cheese Spread

blue cheese, crème fraiche, sherry or port, medjool dates, walnuts, chives

Process 150g creamy blue cheese with a good dollop of crème fraiche and a little sherry or port. Mix in 6 pitted chopped medjool dates, some chopped toasted walnuts and snipped chives. Serve chilled in witloof leaves or with toasted bread. Makes about 1 cup
