Date Porridge with Coffee Syrup
porridge, medjool dates, cacao nibs, espresso, maple syrup, plain yoghurt
Make porridge to your usual recipe adding 2 chopped medjool dates per serve. Spoon into bowls and scatter with extra chopped dates and some cacao nibs. Drizzle with coffee syrup made by combining a shot of espresso coffee with an equal quantity of maple syrup. Top with a good dollop of plain yoghurt.
