Goats’ Cheese & Basil Stuffed Dates

chèvre, basil, sweet chilli sauce, lemon zest, medjool dates, prosciutto

Mix a soft-style goats’ cheese (chèvre) with chopped basil leaves, a little sweet chilli sauce and finely grated lemon zest and season to taste. Stuff mixture into medjool dates and wrap in prosciutto. Grill and serve.
