A memorable Christmas: Last year I had my first white Christmas at Lucknam Park in the Cotswolds with my daughter Laura, who lives in London. Favourite outdoor spot: In the garden when spring has arrived and the ‘Awanui’ cherries are blossoming. Best moment in the garden: At the end of the day with a glass of wine in my hand enjoying the flowers and fruits of my labours.
Favourite local restaurant: I’m loving exploring and discovering eateries along Karangahape Road. I especially love Cotto and Madame George.
Best money I’ve ever spent: On art. Buy from your heart. It keeps giving every day.
