The classic and simple combination of smoked salmon and bagels makes a great Christmas or Boxing Day breakfast. Spread toasted bagels with lashings of cream cheese or Smoked Salmon Pâté and top with cold, cured or hotsmoked salmon and provide accompaniments, such as sliced cucumber, red onion, pickled radishes, capers, gherkins and dill or cress. >
