Ways to use versatile tahini paste in sweet dishes.

In a bowl, whisk together ½ cup melted coconut oil, 1 cup tahini, 5 tablespoon­s maple syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into a paper-lined 10 x 20cm loaf tin. Chill until firm. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little flaky salt. Cut into small squares. Store in the freezer. Makes 28 squares
