Miele’s Dialog Oven opens up a new world of cooking

Tech lovers, home cooks and culinary experts alike, will be in awe of the new Miele Dialog Oven. The Dialog Oven shares the same sleek exterior as Miele’s existing oven range but rather than cooking from the outside in, it uses electromagnetic waves to cook from the inside out. This new technology means a fillet of beef can be cooked uniformly pink from the edges right through to the core.
