Tahini Banana Bread

eggs, light olive oil, tahini, liquid honey, soft brown sugar, bananas, vanilla extract, plain flour, baking soda, ground almonds, sesame seeds

In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs with ¼ cup each olive oil, tahini, honey and sugar. Stir in 3 small ripe mashed bananas and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and ½ cup ground almonds. Pour batter into a paper-lined 10 x 20cm loaf tin. Top with a banana, halved lengthways. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C for 65-75 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Makes 1 loaf
