Super Green Smoothie

2-3 handfuls baby kale or spinach leaves 1 avocado, peeled and stone removed 1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped 1 frozen chopped banana

Juice of 1 lime 2 tablespoon­s flax seeds

⅓ cup natural yoghurt (optional) 2 teaspoons bee pollen

Put kale or spinach leaves into a blender. Add the avocado flesh, kiwifruit, banana, lime juice and flax seeds. Top up with water. Blend together until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, adding a swirl of yoghurt, if desired. Dust with bee pollen and serve immediatel­y. Serves 2-3
