Former midwife, farmer and mother of two boys Justine Schroder decided two years ago to explore botanics on her farm to create a new gin brand. She’s now owner/operator of Mt Fyffe Distillery in Kaikōura, and has been endorsed by a New Zealand Emerging Product Award at the 2021 NZ Spirits Awards.
