Frozen Grapes

1 big bunch red, black or green table grapes

Put the grapes in a colander and rinse well with cold water, rubbing gently as you rinse to fully clean. Check for any broken or decaying grapes and remove these. Place the bunch on a plate and freeze the grapes overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Enjoy as a refreshing cold snack, in place of ice cubes in drinks, whizzed into smoothies and sorbets, as part of a cheese board, or as a light dessert, perhaps with a little dark chocolate and a liqueur on the side.
