17 and 18 August, Opera House Wellington A celebratory show of new works by four internationally acclaimed women choreographers honours the 125th anniversary of women’s suffrage in Aotearoa and the Royal New Zealand Ballet’s 65th birthday. Featuring special commissions from choreographers Sarah Foster-Sproull from New Zealand, Danielle Rowe from Australia, Penny Saunders from USA and Andrea Schermoly from South Africa, the programme is billed as a creative incubator of remarkable works which looks to the future of dance.
