How to Live by Roman Krznaric. Eating: Lots of home-made chicken liver paté, Opiki Mā goats cheese, small, sweet tomatoes and fresh basil. Yum. I absolutely love the taste of summer. It will go with a rosé or a long, tall glass of Pimm’s and ginger ale with all the bits.
Listening to: A variety of music as the mood takes me, from laid-back bossa nova and Van Morrison to New Zealand fave Reb Fountain.
Traveling: We’re looking forward to sunny cruises up the Kāpiti Coast to enjoy beach picnic spots.
