Free ‘Feel Better Classes’ for anyone with any type of Cancer.

Look Good Feel Better is a free programme dedicated to teaching cancer patients tips and techniques to help look and feel more like themselves again.

The two and a half hours spent at a class provides the opportunity to relax, have fun, feel special, do something practical and connect with people who may be experiencing something similar - away from the world of diagnosis and treatment.

In New Zealand, more than 40,000 people have participated in Feel Better Classes, with approximately 260 classes now run annually, in 40 locations nationwide.

Every participant takes away a pack that provides the tools to enable them to continue to benefit from the Feel Better Class long after the session.
