OATMEAL AND CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
This recipe makes six large jars so you will need to evenly portion out the ingredients.

13½ cups rolled oats
4½ half cups brown sugar
4½ cups plain flour
4½ cups chocolate chips
4½ tsp salt
3 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp dried milk

Seal the jars with h screwtop lids. Place a descriptioni lbllabel withith th the name of your cookies and the date you placed the mix in the jar. Add a tag or recipe card with the instructions for making the cookies.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry ingredients with an egg, ¾ cup of soft butter and ¼ cup of water in a large bowl. Mix to blend all ingredients. Place in spoonfuls on a baking sheet. They will spread a bit so leave a bit of room. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Leave them on the baking paper until they are cold and place in your biscuit tin. They are really delicious and will disappear in no time.
