IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

2 ap­ples, sliced 50g but­ter 1 tsp raw ste­via pow­der ⅔ cup flour 2 tsp cin­na­mon pow­der

METHOD

Pre­heat the oven to 190°C. Place ap­ple slices in an oven-proof dish and sprin­kle with half a tea­spoon of ste­via. Rub the but­ter into the flour un­til it forms a bread­crumb-like con­sis­tency. Mix the re­main­ing ste­via and cin­na­mon into the but­ter-flour mix­ture. Sprin­kle the crum­ble over the ap­ples. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 min­utes un­til the crum­ble has a light brown, crunchy tex­ture. Serve with cream or nat­u­ral yo­ghurt.
