2 apples, sliced 50g butter 1 tsp raw stevia powder ⅔ cup flour 2 tsp cinnamon powder
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place apple slices in an oven-proof dish and sprinkle with half a teaspoon of stevia. Rub the butter into the flour until it forms a breadcrumb-like consistency. Mix the remaining stevia and cinnamon into the butter-flour mixture. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the crumble has a light brown, crunchy texture. Serve with cream or natural yoghurt.
