It’s a full-time, one-year pro­gramme that cov­ers the the­ory and prac­tice be­hind con­tem­po­rary or­ganic agri-food pro­duc­tion. Lin­coln Univer­sity & the Bi­o­log­i­cal Hus­bandry Unit (BHU) pro­vide on-farm fa­cil­i­ties, equip­ment and ex­pe­ri­enced tu­tors de­liv­er­ing the widest pos­si­ble knowl­edge of the in­dus­try. You will study or­ganic man­age­ment, plant and an­i­mal health, and soils, and the pro­gramme in­cludes Tikanga and Mahinga Kai com­po­nents.
