MEET ALBERTINE

This is the first gin made by Kate and David, which won gold at the International Wine & Spirits Competition in London in August 2020. Kate initially wanted to use 96 botanicals in Albertine but pared it back to 38.

They entered it in the prestigious IWSC competition because it's one of just a few that make tasting notes available post-competition.

The judges described Albertine as having a “complex and perfumed nose”, noting it's “layered with intense lemon, pine and fresh green fruit… fruity, refined and fragrant… complemented by a clean balance of juniper and fresh fruit”.
