POACHED TAMARILLOS WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE PANNA COTTA

PREP TIME: 15 minutes CHILLING TIME: 4-5 hours COOKING TIME: 5 minutes

I was never a huge fan of tamarillos, even poached, until I had them with a rich and creamy white chocolate panna cotta. The slight tartness of the tamarillos cuts right through the creamy richness of the white chocolate and becomes one delicious mouthful.

If you have heaps of tamarillos, you can increase the amounts of fruit and poaching liquid and bottle them in sterilised jars for another day.
