PANNA COTTA
INGREDIENTS
1½ tsp powder gelatin
1 tbsp water
150ml milk
300ml cream
1 tbsp white sugar
200g white chocolate, chopped
METHOD
1 Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and leave to swell.
2 Add the milk, cream, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add the chocolate and gelatin, and mix until dissolved.
3 Pour into six serving glasses and set in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
