Honey Anderson’s elderflower vinegar salad dressing

Honey Anderson makes a flavoursome salad dressing with foraged elderflowers. “I infuse vinegar with the flowers for a few days, then strain and boil it with some sugar – about a quarter of the volume – and seal in bottles.

“I use the vinegar when making French dressing. It's delicious on coleslaw.”
