SIMPLE FENNEL COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS
½ white cabbage, thinly chopped
½ red cabbage, thinly chopped
1 blub of fennel, thinly chopped
1 carrot, cut into ribbons with a potato peeler 2 tbsp mayonnaise juice of 1 small lemon salt and cracked pepper
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season.
