13 BIG BRODIE SELLS THE DUMMY

-

Ben Lam wasn’t new to Super Rugby this year but he was new to the Hurricanes.

He’d had a couple of seasons with the Blues but no one really remembered them because he didn’t do much. He certainly didn’t look like a potential All Black.

But six weeks into this year’s competition and everyone was wondering where this guy had been hiding. He wasn’t the total package by any means but he was the best out and out finisher in the country.

His power and pace saw him run over or around every wing he played and that included Waisake Naholo.

His most memorable performance came against the Rebels when he scored four tries and showcased all of his finishing skills.
