25 RICHIE MO’UNGA OWNS SUPER RUGBY FINAL
By the last few weeks of Super Rugby, Richie Mo’unga was in supreme form.
The young Crusaders first-five was in total control throughout the knock-out phases and then delivered the most supremely controlled, disciplined and creative performance in the final.
He was quite brilliant in the way he orchestrated the Crusaders’ attack – using his vision and kicking game to turn the Lions and his running game to cut them up.
He was man of the match and it was a genuinely inspirational 80 minutes.
