Graham henry

The original coach of the Blues, Graham Henry was the first man to coach a side to Super Rugby glory. He won titles with the Blues in 1996 and 1997 and took his side to the final in 1998 where they unexpectedly lost to the Crusaders.

He returned to the club as a technical director in 2003 after a five-year stint coaching Wales and the Blues, having been fairly dire between 1999 and 2002, won the title.
