The jumbo garlic bread cheese roll at Hungry Hobos café is what it sounds like, a jumbo hybrid of garlic bread and a cheese roll. They make their own cheese sauce that they generously pile onto the bread and then lather the other side with garlic butter, roll it up and grill it until its crispy on the outside and has a soft gooey, cheesey, garlic bready center.
