ENGINE
Toyota 1UZ-vvti. LINK G4 Storm ECU.
Engine intake: Custom stainless snorkel and alloy perspex lid airbox with K&N air filter.
Engine cooling: 43mm big core alloy radiator and tigweld (UK) alloy expansion tank. 2x Spal 12-inch fans sucking and one 16-inch Davies Craig fan pushing. SAAS temperature gauge in dash binnacle. Transmission: Standard Delica Aw4 four-speed auto with Lexus V8 bellhousing, torque convertor, input shaft and pump. Transmission cooling: Additional Davies Craig trans cooler below right-side headlight. Trans oil temp gauge in dash binnacle.
Tiptronic unit: Headley tiptronic unit made in Australia, allows for manual shifting and TCL.
Transfer case: Standard Delica.
Front diff: Standard Delica with LOKKA auto-locker and manual freewheeling hubs.
Rear diff: Delica nine-inch from a series 2 V6 Delica.
Suspension: Dobinsons 50mm lift kit, coils, torsion bars, shocks and adjustable Panhard bar plus 25mm ball-joint spacers.
Wheels/tyres: Cooper Discoverer A/T 33x12.5x15 on 22-inch ROH steels. Bullbar: Xrox Australia. Rear bar: Custom made swing out spare and high lift jack holder with stainless steel fold-down cooking table. Winch: 12,000-pound Runva with wireless remote.
Bash plate: Custom 3mm steel plate. Fuel tank: Fitted with V6 Delica fuel pickup and Walbro 500hp internal pump. Roof tray: Alloy.
Awning: Custom 3x3 metre, slides into caravan-style rope rail on roof tray.
BODY
• Repainted in Sept 2018. Front guard work to clear tyres.
• Extended sliding door hinge to clear wheel offset.
Batteries: Optima yellow 750cca for engine and winch plus dual 85ah house batteries in series connected to alternator and solar charging via VSR.
Solar Panel: 260w (tilting) in roof tray feeds the house batteries via Tracer MPPT charge controller.
Power inverter: 240v 600w mounted in centre console (runs from house batteries).
Lighting: 400w curved bar mounted to roof tray plus 7.5in LED driving lights in bullbar. Independently switchable, normal lights, normal plus LEDs or all three.
INTERIOR
• Customboard raised floor in the back with two storage cavity lids and under-floor access from rear.
• Custom made centre console with cup holders and storage cavity.
• Heavy duty Rugged Valley black canvas seat covers.
• Oricom 80 channel UHF CB radio.
