Fatal crash near Te Anau

Te Anau: One person is dead after crashing their vehicle into a tree north of Te Anau.

The crash happened on the Te AnauMilford Highway, State Highway 94, about 12.40am on Thursday, police say.

The sole occupant died at the scene.
