Fluoride evidence

-

JEAN Park (ODT, 5.4.18) asks if those opposing fluoridation have actually read the highly positive, robust scientific research. Could she enlighten me please as to where it is?

I conclude, after reading the recent papers by Bashash et al. and Thomas et al., who found higher maternal urinary fluoride levels during pregnancy were associated with impaired cognitive functioning at ages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 612 years, that pregnant women and children up to 7 should avoid the use of fluoridated water, tea and fluoridated toothpaste.
