$45m for new hospital

Wellington: The Government has committed more than $45 million to a new children’s hospital in Wellington, scheduled to open in early 2021.

The contribution almost matches that of Wellington property developer Mark Dunajtschik, who last year committed $50 million to the new hospital.

The new hospital will have 50 beds and 21 clinic rooms spread across three floors.
