SOUTHERN Wide and PGG Wrightson are pleased to offer for sale the four blocks described below, on behalf of Jetstream Farms Limited.
The following blocks have been faithfully farmed and are in excellent condition for intending purchasers.
Block 1: Outram — This property is part of an existing dairy unit, with quality pasture and 60% being renewed in the last 10 years. Approximately 3ha of swedes which will be ungrazed at possession. A good standard of improvements and strong fertiliser history. The water scheme is supplied by a bore on the property. This could be utilised as a runoff, finishing unit or small dairy unit with the upgrading of the existing shed and acquiring the necessary consents.
Block 2: Outram — Part of an existing dairy unit, well developed with quality pasture and lanes. This would be an ideal block to incorporate into an existing dairy unit or smaller finishing unit.
The existing stock and house water supply is from the vendor’s remaining unit and they would enter into an agreement for ongoing water supply, or the purchaser could make their own arrangements by putting their own bore down.
