Police renew call

Oamaru: Police are again calling for people to remove their vehicles from Awamoa Park, Oamaru’s unofficial private sales yard, after a vehicle was allegedly interfered with on Sunday night or the early hours of Monday.

A rear quarterlight was broken and its ignition was tampered with, Sergeant Tony Woodbridge, of Oamaru, said.

Inquiries are continuing.
