Alto’s savory scones
Makes 910
21⁄2 cups milk
1kg grated cheese 5 cups selfraising flour
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. The mixture should be quite stiff.
Put palmsized balls on a baking try and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 180degC until golden brown.
