Alto’s savory scones

21⁄2 cups milk

1kg grated cheese 5 cups selfraisin­g flour

Method

Mix all the ingredient­s together in a bowl. The mixture should be quite stiff.

Put palmsized balls on a baking try and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 180degC until golden brown.
