Double for Northern

Cricket: Northern Districts completed the double over its Central Districts counterparts in the Super Smash doubleheader in Hamilton on Monday.

The Spirit beat the Hinds by nine wickets in a rainshortened 10 overs in the women’s game while Knights beat the Stags by six wickets.

The Spirit tops the women’s standings, while the Knights’ victory was their first.
