The unemployed

INTERESTING to read lately in the ODT about the huge amount of building going on and projected in the city.

But why do we see so many obviously ablebodied males and females who are drawing unemployment (excluding sickness) benefits, and additional jobseeker addons, around the city and suburbs?

I see these workshyers in my own area and some have been on these benefits for a number of years.

What is MSD doing? Monitoring cases is certainly not happening, or many unemployed should be working, at least at labouring on these massive building projects.
