Taliban kills soldiers

Kabul: Taliban attacks have killed at least 20 soldiers in two parts of Afghanistan’s northern Kunduz province, provincial council chief Yousuf Ayoubi says.

The militants attacked the soldiers’ facilities in Dashte Archi district as well as an area in the provincial capital city overnight, Ayoubi said.

Another seven were wounded in the attacks, he said.
