Makes 4

Prep 10 minutes + freezing

1 cup finely chopped pineapple, mango or peach flesh

1⁄4 cup coconut cream

1 Tbsp mild honey or sugar (optional)

Method

Blend everything until very smooth and divide between four 90ml capacity iceblock moulds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
