A variety of businesses are finding space to expand at the new Three Parks community and commercial precinct in Wanaka.

A wide assortment of companies have been able to develop the perfect location for their operation within the new developmen­t.

A leading Wanaka law firm were enjoying new premises at Three Parks. Office manager Hannah Roy said Fyfe Karamaena were not your typical lawyers.

After 37 years in business, local insurance experts Summit Financial Group were proud to support Central Otago families and businesses. Director and general manager Corinne Mudge said it had unrivalled claims support and profession­al advice on risk insurances.

The group were based in both Cromwell and Wanaka, ‘‘supporting the great enterprise­s and families that make Central Otago the amazing place it is’’.

The team at Christie Brothers Building were excited to be moving into their brand new premises in Three Parks. Brothers Matt and Brad had over 30 years of experience between them and had been crafting beautiful homes in Wanaka for five years, they said.

If you need anything washed then The Washstatio­n catered for your needs said owner Kassandra Jackson. It featured an auto carwash, DIY jetwashes, vacuum bays and even a laundromat. Eliot Drake of Wai Innovation said its mission wasn’t just making stuff, ‘‘it’s engaging our next generation with STEAM subjects through handson learning’’. Wai Innovation specialise­d in waterjet cutting, 3D printing, product design, and reverse engineerin­g.

Tia Chesser of Yamaha Powersport­s said the new dealership in Three Parks serviced all your motorcycle and WaveRunner needs.

The IT Centre (formerly

Wanaka Computers) has been supporting Wanaka’s IT needs since 2002. In 2019, having outgrown their old premises, they were one of the first businesses to move in to Three Parks and subsequent­ly had expanded to support organisati­ons from Northland to Dunedin as well as Central Otago.

The team of seven Wanaka locals provided all IT related services from advice and consultanc­y, cloud services, disaster recovery and security reviews, hardware and software procuremen­t, wired and wireless networking, implementa­tion and ongoing support.

Clark Campbell of Affinity Funerals was delighted with their new premises on 7 McCormick St. They were looking forward to providing personalis­ed care from direct cremation, burials and intimate family gatherings, to larger funerals both in Wanaka and throughout the Central Otago region.
